LOCATION: Blanco Market Day is held on the Square of the Old Blanco County Courthouse on Highway 281/Main Street
TIME: Set up time will begin at 7:30 a.m. All spaces not filled by 9:00 a.m. will be assigned on a first come basis. Exhibitors are asked to stay until 4:00 p.m.
BOOTH FEE: A fee of $35.00 per 10 x 12 space will be charged if postmarked by the 10th of the month. After the 10th, $45.00 per space. No space will be reserved without receiving payment. If your display exceeds the allotted space, you will be charged for additional space. All seasonal reserved spaces must be paid for in advance. Returned check fee is $25.00.

SET-UP: ALL EXHIBITORS WILL MOVE THEIR VEHICLES IMMEDIATELY AFTER UNLOADING TO DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS. THE PARKING AREAS WILL BE LOCATED OFF THE SQUARE ONE TO TWO BLOCKS AWAY. ABSOLUTELY NO VENDOR WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARK ON THE SQUARE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LOADING AND UNLOADING. THERE WILL BE NO DRIVING OR PARKING ON THE GRASS. LOADING AND UNLOADING MUST BE DONE FROM THE CURB.

PARKING OR SELLING OUT OF RVS, TRAILERS OR VANS ITEMS IN BAD TASTE OR CAUSING EXCESSIVE LITTER OPEN FIRES, SALES OF LIVE ANIMALS OBSCENE LANGUAGE OR UNDULY LOUD MUSIC, SELLING OF ALCOHOL

• Limited electricity is available for Blanco Market Day. If you require electricity, please bring your own extension cords. There is an additional charge of $15.00 to connect electricity.
• SALES & USE TAX: Vendors are responsible for collection and reporting sales tax in accordance with Texas law. Location for reporting is City of Blanco, Texas.
• NOISE RESTRICTION: No loud generators allowed. OBCCPS has sold discretion to determine acceptable noise level.
• CLEANUP: It is your responsibility to ensure that your area is left in a clean and orderly manner. Trash containers are available on site. Failure to leave your area clean may result in additional charges to you for clean up of your space.

If you would like to pay in advance for the full season, a check must be received at the first show in April in the amount of $315.00 or $450.00 with electrical connection. Spaces are assigned as applications are received.
