MARKET
RULES
LOCATION: Old Blanco County Courthouse Square on
Highway 281, 310 Main Street, Blanco, Texas.
BOOTH FEE: 10 x 12 space is $35 (if postmarked by the
10th of the month; after the 10th, $45.00). No space will be reserved
until payment is received. If
display exceeds allotted space, additional charge will be made.
Returned check fee is $25.00. No refunds or rain dates will be
given.
TIME: Set up begins at 7:30 a.m. with exhibitors
asked to stay until 4:00 p.m. Spaces not filled by 9:00 a.m. will be
assigned on a first come basis.
SET-UP: All vendors will move their
vehicles immediately after unloading to parking areas located
OFF THE SQUARE. Absolutely no vendors will be allowed to
park on the square with the exception of loading and unloading, and
those with handicapped permits. ALL volunteer
workers’ automobiles must be parked away from the courthouse
square. There will be no driving or parking on unpaved
ground. Loading and unloading must be done from the curb.
RESTRICTIONS
: No parking or selling
out of RVs, trailers, or vans; no items in bad taste or causing
excessive litter; no open fires; no sale of live animals; no obscene
language; no unduly loud music; no selling of alcohol.
No loud generators allowed. OBCCPS has sole discretion to
determine acceptable level of noise and litter.
ELECTRICITY: If you require electricity, please bring
your own extension cords. There is an additional charge of $15.00 to
connect electricity.
SALES
TAX: All vendors must
provide OBCCPS a copy of Texas Sales Tax Permit.
Sales taxes must be collected. The amount due for 2009
is: 8.25% (State tax 6.25%, Blanco County tax .5%, City of
Blanco tax 1.5%).
CLEANUP: It is your responsibility to ensure that
your area is left clean and orderly. Trash containers are available
on site. Failure to leave your area clean may result in an additional
charge to you for clean up of your space.
CONFIRMATION: If confirmation is needed, a
self-addressed, stamped envelope must be enclosed with the

If you would like to
pay in advance for the full season, a check must be received prior to
the March Market in the amount of $350.00 or $500.00 with electrical
connection. Spaces are assigned as
applications are received.

Release: I hereby release the OBCCPS and any and all of its members, directors, officers and employees from any responsibility for any injuries to me or my employees and for any loss or damage to personal property while participating in any OBCCPS MARKET DAY. I have read and I understand the market rules and agree to abide by all the rules during my participation in OBCCPS Market Day. If I do not abide by the rules I understand I may be required to leave. I understand no refunds or rain dates will be given.
Release is valid for the current year.
Sending check and date of Market Day desired will suffice for
any subsequent 2009 Market Day.
